For productised website builds, you can either pay a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% before launch, then hosting/care monthly, or choose a 24-month all-in monthly plan that bundles the build plus hosting/care. The monthly route has no build deposit or reservation deposit — your first monthly payment is taken at checkout. At month 24, the website is yours and ongoing care becomes optional.

Some providers offer low build prices but charge separately for content updates, business email, and meaningful support — often adding £50–£70/month in extras on top of a mandatory care plan.
