Websites for body shops and accident repair centres
I'm Grant, and I build websites for body shops and accident repair centres. Someone who has just had a bump is on their phone and wants to know what happens next, so the site tells them: a Call button and a send-a-photo button on the first screen, then the steps, then your own repairs. I start with a free mockup, so you see the site before you pay anything, and it costs you nothing either way.
£50 a month for the build and the hosting, and it runs for two years. After that the site's yours, dropping to £20 a month if you'd like me to keep looking after it.
Or call 07459 934592 or message on WhatsApp. I'll reply within 4 working hours, Mon–Fri.
See your own website first.
Then decide if it earns your £50.
Tell me about your business and I’ll make a free mockup using your name, services and brand. You see the direction before you pay anything.
- Custom website, hosting, care and content updates included
- The website is yours once all 24 payments are made
- After that, £20/month care is optional
- Your first payment is fully refundable for 14 days from the day it is taken

Quick answer. A body shop's website has to settle the nerves of someone who has just had a bump, and get them to ring or send a photo. That takes a Call button and a send-a-photo button on the first screen of a phone, the steps from the first call to getting the car back, and real before-and-after photos of your own repairs. I build these, and I start with a free mockup. If you go ahead, it's £50 a month for the build and the hosting, and it runs for two years.
What a body shop's website should do
This is the list I work from. You won't need all of it, and I'll tell you what fits your shop when we talk.
Call and photo buttons on the first screen
After a bump, people reach for their phone. A Call button and a "send us a photo on WhatsApp" button on the first screen mean they can start in one tap, without hunting through menus.
The claim journey, step by step
The question in a customer's head is "what happens next?". Lay it out in a few plain steps, from the first photo to getting the car back, and hang your list of repairs off that, instead of a grid of services.
Insurance, in plain words
If you handle fault and non-fault claims, say so near the top and explain how it works. If you offer anything on the excess, its conditions go on the page in your own words.
Real before-and-after pairs
Photos of your own repairs, side by side or with a tap-to-reveal, show the finish better than any description can. Number plates come off job photos before they go on the site.
Recovery and collection
If you can collect a car that cannot be driven, say so and say how to ask. Someone with a car that will not move wants to know that before they ring.
Vans and commercial work, separately
If you repair vans and commercial vehicles as well as cars, give that its own block with its own way to enquire. A fleet manager and a driver after a bump want different things.
How pricing works, with no made-up prices
People always ask what it will cost. Explain how pricing works in plain words, and leave figures off the page unless you will stand behind every one.
Your Google rating, if it is real
A rating on the first screen reassures people, but only if it is genuine and current. Link to the reviews on Google so they can read them where they were written.
Recent jobs, without touching the site
On suitable builds I can include a private password-protected panel for your business, so recent jobs can go up without anyone editing the site itself. Or send the photos over by email or WhatsApp. Small changes are done within 48 hours, usually within a few hours.

I built the free mockup
It was built from their own public Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages, with real before-and-after pairs from their own repairs.

Their technical expertise, creativity, and commitment to getting things right were evident at every step. If you're looking for someone that not only understands cloud architecture but truly partners with you to solve complex challenges, I highly recommend GrantOps Consulting. We continue to use them."
Change it yourself in seconds — or just email us
Updates are included in your monthly plan. Email a change over and it's done within 48 hours — usually within a few hours. And when you'd rather not wait on anyone: on suitable builds GrantOps includes a simple admin panel built around the exact sections we agree — prices and services, menus, photos, special offers, opening hours, news.
You edit the approved content; the layout, branding and mobile design stay protected. Photo and project gallery editing is already delivered and in use for KAP Joinery.
Available on suitable builds. We agree exactly what you can edit before development, so the panel stays simple instead of becoming a cluttered page builder.

What happens after the £50 monthly payments?
A monthly website can spread the cost of owning a professional site, or keep you renting indefinitely. The important question is what you own when the initial term ends.
That £50 a month is the whole thing — designing and building your site, hosting it, and changes when you need them. There's no separate build bill. And it's 24 payments, not forever — the plan runs for a minimum of 24, and once they're made the £50 stops and you either keep us on at £20 a month or take your site wherever you like. It's yours. Seen another £50-a-month offer? Ask if it includes building the site — many at that price cover hosting and support only.
A website-rental model
- You may be paying for access to the website rather than buying it
- The monthly payment can continue for as long as the site is live
- Payments never end — stop paying and the site is gone
- Website files may not be available to move elsewhere
- Updates, email and support may be separate add-ons
GrantOps monthly plan
- No deposit and no setup fee — start with the first £50 payment
- A custom-coded website designed for your business
- Hosting, content updates and business email included
- Backups, security and direct developer support included
- Complete all 24 payments and the website is yours — take it anywhere
The plan runs for a minimum of 24 payments — that's what pays for the build instead of an upfront fee. End it early and hosting ends and the site comes down. Complete all 24 and the £50 payments stop for good: keep us on at £20/month or take the files and host the site anywhere. With a rental, the payments never stop — and neither does the risk.
AWS and Kubernetes certified
Translation: the bit that keeps your site online and fast is run by someone with the same qualifications enterprise teams hire for. Your site won't vanish because a cheap hosting company went bust.
Your booking system. Your customers. Your account.
Every build includes hooking your site up to the tools you already use — online booking, newsletter, reviews, WhatsApp. You keep the accounts, in your name. That's the whole difference.
Let people book you online
Already using Calendly, Cal.com, Square Appointments, Fresha, Booksy or Treatwell? I'll wire it straight into your site, so customers book a slot instead of ringing you while you're on a job.
The account stays yours
The booking system is in your name, on your card. Your calendar, your customer list, your data. None of it routes through me, and I don't sit in the middle of it.
Walk away, keep everything
Resellers hand you their booking platform as part of the monthly fee. Stop paying and your calendar goes with them. Here the tools were always yours — so there's nothing to lose.
Included in every website build, whichever way you pay — it's your account, I just wire it in. Bespoke work like member areas, custom calculators or a direct API integration is a separate quote.
£50 a month for the build and the hosting. Make all 24 payments and the website is yours.

Why this beats the cheaper Facebook ads
The £299 builders you'll see advertised on Facebook are usually one-person operations using the same off-the-shelf website kit on a shared computer (we've checked the top results in our area). Stop paying and the site usually disappears with the operator. Here, the terms are clear: £50 a month covers the build plus hosting and care, the website is yours once all 24 payments are made, and £20/month care after that is optional. Registered Glasgow Ltd (company number SC834128). No hidden lock-in. For the full numbers, see our breakdown of what a website really costs in Scotland.

Websites for body shops: common questions
How much does a website for a body shop cost?
£50 a month for the build and the hosting, and it runs for two years. After that the site's yours, dropping to £20 a month if you'd like me to keep looking after it. You see a free mockup first, so you know what you're getting before you pay anything. The plan covers up to 5 pages, so a body shop can give the claim journey, vans and commercial work and recent repairs their own space. Anything beyond the plan is quoted separately, before any work starts.
Is this page for a garage that does servicing and MOTs?
The example on this page is an accident repair centre, so this page is about body shops. A garage that services cars and does MOTs needs a different site: a list of what you offer and somewhere to ask for a booking. I'd start it the same way, with a free mockup, and I'll tell you what fits. I'd rather say the example here is a body shop than pretend it's a garage.
Can the site mention an excess offer?
Yes, if it's an offer you really make, with its conditions on the page in your own words.
Can I show customers' cars on the site?
Yes, with the plates hidden. Photos of repairs are the strongest thing a body shop's site can show. If a photo shows anything else you would rather keep off, such as a customer's house, tell me and it stays off.
Do I need a lot of photos to get started?
No. A few before-and-after pairs from your phone or your Facebook page is enough to start a mockup, and you can send more later. If you have the before and the after of the same repair, send both.
Body shop that needs a website?
Ask for the free mockup and see your site first, or ring or message me if you'd rather talk it through. I'll reply within 4 working hours, Mon–Fri, and you'll be talking to the person who builds the site.
